Lee Peltier has signed for an undisclosed fee. Not seen much of him, but he's quick and apparently tight defensively.

It's encouraging to see Sven taking players that will have the hunger to get to promoted rather than just focusing on big name has beens. We've seen that approach before and it failed miserably.

So thats one key position filled. Would still like an out an out quality wide man, cause whilst Dyer is fast, he can't do anything else.

A failure from the Liverpool academy, who has been developing in league 1 quite well.

He comes from Huddersfield Town.

A good right up & a good age, only time will tell.
I´m thinking abit of a Ashley Cole / Arron Lennon type of player, am I right.

I had the opportunity of seeing Peltier a couple of times last season as a mate of mine is an avid Huddersfield fan. He's quick, powerful and does seem interested in defending, something that can be lacking in modern fullbacks. He's also a handful at corners and scored with his head on both occasions I saw him. Personally I think he'll be a great buy and at the prices mentioned,a bit of a bargain. Yeah, cheaper than Naughton but that is not necessarily a bad thing as premiership prices are massively over inflated. From what I saw of the lad he's not that different from Naughton but could be a great bit of business by our Sven!

I'm pleased with this one even though it does mean that the Naughton door is now firmly shut! It's good to see Lee clarke wishing him well and stating that Peltier will be a premiership player soon (perhaps Clarke knows we are getting promoted come next May!) .

I think he is a crap signing. Last week we lose our best right back in Michael Lamey now this

Serouisly i think Peltier is a very good signing. Young, quick plus Fazackerly knows all about him so he must be good.

Kyle Naughton can play left back aswell so dont totally rule him out but it does look unlikely for now

Lee Peltier is officially a Leicester player. The football league needed to process the paperwork which the have done this morning.

Why shut the door on Naughton? Haven't we released Lamey and Neilson? And without Vitor who was cover in the RB slot I think we still need another
