What we do know is that all 3 girls decided to turn their backs on the country that they were born in and utterly reject the western values of the society that prevails here .... in favour of very different lives and values ... ultimately that choice was theirs alone ...

... as I've already said - they were young and undoubtedly influenced by radical extremist doctrine and teachings ...but if she still holds to such, why on earth would she want to come back to the 'godless west'?

- ball's in her court - first step to some form of redemption would be to reject the extremist ideology publicly and irrefutably, if you genuinely want to come back and re-integrate into society <ok>

If the story was about a white middle class kid from the burbs would been indoctrinated online by some crank right wing cult, and she ran away at 15 to join them, got married underage and then 4 years later and with child said they wanted to return, I’m sure the reaction would be exactly the same.

Would from me -

... accept responsibility for your decisions - completely refute the extremist doctrine that enticed you - commit to wholly raising the kid outside of it - face punishment for any criminal acts - move on and contribute to society ... no different to what I said above. <ok>

I saw her interview, She expects sympathy, Why, She ran off to Syria when she was 15 years old, And expect some to come back to Britain, Not for me, She can stay there as far as I’m concerned.
