It’s nice that different opinions on a very emotive subject have been put forward and discussed without the thread degenerating into a slanging match.
Indeed. The entire premise that they weren’t radicalised is utter nonsense, they travelled half way around the world to a war zone to join a death cult ffs. Of course they were radicalised, the fact that they were still school kids obviously makes that worse. We need to find out how this is being carried out and by whom, and via what means. I suspect it’s largely via the net, in which case the internet providers have to seriously up their game to block the sources. It's interesting when you look back on this story, especially taking on board people's claims of grooming or radicalisation, remembering the latter was denied by police.
I've mentioned in this thread where the three girls original disappearance was linked to at least two others, one from 2013 and another in 2014, before their eventual disappearance in 2015.
It appears back in February 2015, at least four possibly five other girls from Bethnal Green Academy had been identified as 'at risk' - The school has since changed it's name, but surely we ought to ask why was the school not looked at more closely.
Back in March 2015, five girls it was claimed by the Guardian were made wards of court, to prevent them travelling to Syria...https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news...l-three-teenagers-syria-bethnal-green-academy
The last paragraph is worth noting that BGA had said it banned social media from it's classes, yet then go on to deny radicalisation did not happen on it's premises, which for a play on words is the opposite to what the police claimed, that radicalisation didn't happen. Seems to me a bit of buck passing is going on, no wonder these girls were at risk, failed by the system.
True mate. We all have differing opinions and all are being respected. Good. It’s nice that different opinions on a very emotive subject have been put forward and discussed without the thread degenerating into a slanging match.
I just can't see how anyone can justify bringing her back so she can use all the health and social benefits this country offers when everything she has believed and probably still believes goes against that system...
**** her

Have you heard of anyone making both these statements?
The alt right sites he frequents make **** up to feed feeble minds like his. They produce their propaganda in meme form so that the truly dense can process it, as it’s got pictures.

We can't go saving everyone mate, and to risk the lives of others on a terrorist, not even one who can pretend that they are remorseful is just ******ed and a waste of money. If all we're going to do when she comes back in chuck her in prison then that's not exactly rehabilitation.
That baby wants putting down. It's got the genes of a brutal murdering bastard and a little slag. It's gunna be a ****.
She was 15 when she went and that would have made a big difference. However, she doesn't regret it one bit. She's still on the side of ISIS and would be straight on the first plane back to Syria, if ISIS were to rise up, again.
Hand her over to the yanks and let them deal with her the Guantanamo Bay, way. Failing that, bring her home and interrogate every last bit of information out of her. Then shoot her in the fanny and chop her head off as she's bleeding out. Deliver the severed head to her family.
An eye for an eye, my friend.Straight out the ISIS handbook, that. Have you been radicalised?
