I have been told from a reasonable source that the only reason Mardyarse is still manager is that he still owes fatshly for paying off his gambling debts at lambias' casino. Would make sense why fatshly can't sack the, erm, sackless twat.

Exactly what we should be hearing from the players, some positivity with a top 10 objective makes sense and exactly what you want to here.
He's being realistic and knows its going to be tough to make the top 5 and doesn't expect too.

He hasn't set himself up for a fall by saying we will finish in the top 5, but nothing wrong with having a bit hope is there.

Either way, good to see Benni up for this weekends game.
