what i've just seen tonight was no where near a fair challenge but i would've awarded the penalty moments before. it happened for spurs yesterday - players were a similar distance altho i admit the palace players arm was a lot higher but the ball was travelling faster and the palace player was at least making a genuine attempt to block the ball.
