Me and my eldest are in the same situation - can't travel to the UK without a valid UK passport (he's never had one, but has applied now), but my daughters, who aren't British citizens, can on their Norwegian passports... Apparently half a million of us in the same situation... Strange oversight - you'd think that someone would have thought of this before.

I saw a British woman get stuck at passport control in Poland coming back to the UK with her British passport as they said she needed her German one. It turned into a right old situation she ended up stuck there well over an hour, managers coming down to intervene. Finally got sorted when she got someone to go to her house and show officials the German passport over video call. Never seen anything like it! Mad really because all her family walked straight through on British passports but they didn’t like the fact she was dual nationality for some reason. Fair play to her for remaining calm throughout.
If you have a valid passport and follow the rules for that passport I have no idea why they make it so complicated.
Different kettle of fish there will be around 30,000 empty seats for that so anybody can buy a ticket any time they want
The official British line is that it brings us in line with other countries like the US and Australia. It's been really badly communicated though.

The supposed Brexit benefit of becoming a third-national country, touted by some, was that it would open up the possibility of preferential travel and working visas to the US and Australia.
But someone forget to tell this to the US public who have voted three consecutive presidents in to office, all of whom haven't been huge fans of the UK and largely dismissive of any change in status. And from what i gather, Albanese isn't pro-UK either.
Too late for me to get to either country on a skilled working visa due to my age, so I'll have to trawl the internet for an obese psychopathic troll to marry to get my green card if I should ever choose to emigrate.

It is a bit Jim though innit? Just over 12,000 at the semi final in Doncaster, which was a bit poor for two of the biggest clubs in the sport. I honestly do not know what they have to do to attract the crowds back, if they ever had big crowds that is?
I watched the Rovers game on the BBC and it was decent coverage, but in the following sports news coverage the woman's football semi finals got far more coverage and I don't remember the RL game even getting a mention, although it was shown on the BBC earlier in the day.
