Not only do we have Black/Asian players in the English team, we don't even care if they're English(ie Devon Malcolm and Nasser Hussain).

If a non-white player was good enough he/she would enter those sports competitions.
They are not excluded.

It's all bollocks, these people who call for "More black managers" etc. Are the ones making it an issue by ****ing going on about it. "There needs to be more gay footballers" I'm sorry but come on, maybe the majority of people in the country aren't gay, it's not homophobic, just a fact.
As everyone on this thread seems very keen to get involved in stamping out this obvious discrimination....

Surveys suggest that 1.5% of the population is gay, assuming every club has a squad of 30 then that makes 2760 pro footballers across the 4 divisions. Based on the stats that means there should be at least 41 gay footballers yet there isn't a single openly gay footballer in England.
Now I don't think football is an anomaly and there will be a number of pro players who are gay, however the prejudice that still surrounds being gay prevents them from being open about who they are.
People aren't asking for 'more gay footballers' they just want to create an environment in the sport whereby if you happen to be gay you don't have to hide it for fear of abuse.
There's two issues, the first is equal opportunities for all and I believe this is the source of your irritation because ultimately in football if you are good enough to play/manage you get the job. Black players/managers that campaign for more black people in football are wrong, their the ones creating divisions based on race.
The second issue however is more of a problem, racism and homophobia are still widespread on the terraces, this isn't a reflection on football fans or the sport. Ultimately football fans are a cross sections of society and unfortunately that includes some small minded racist/homophobic people, who use football to air their views/abuse people, this is why KIO exists and why it is still needed, no one should go to their place of work having to accept abuse based on race or sexuality.
We have laws that are enforced in the event of behaviour liable to cause harassment, alarm or distress. To have additional ones for vague concepts associated with skin colour or sexual preference is surely discriminatory? Especially given the campaign for racial equality or the black police officers association can not define what a black person actually is and practicing your sexual preference at a football match would get you arrested whatever your persuasion. (Celibates excepted)

Agree with that but the last tine doesn't fit with the agenda, because it doesn't apply to everyone at all. You can be as discriminatory as you want in this country if you choose the right minority groups. Football fans for example. If you imply football fans are hooligans that's fine. If someone implied black people were hooligans it'd be different. Presumably players of every other sport are immune to discriminatory abuse because they don't need a Bat It Out, Throw it Out, Serve it Out, etc.
Completely agree with you there and that's just as wrong as the abuse in the first place.
Other sports do have their own equivalents, although they have a much lower profile. Racism is prevalent other sports, the worst racist abuse I've heard has been at cricket matches not football matches.
In a sense I am, but you are therefore implying football fans should be removed and prosecuted for derogatory comments about a players wives, criticising the referee...etc. In a sense that would be true equality abuse is abuse.
E1 would be empty after 2 games!
Ultimately you can be as pedantic and technical as you like but whilst racism is still prevalent in this sport organisations like KIO have their place.
There own figures shown it's not prevalent. Your replies are segregating people on the grounds of skin colour and sexual preference. That's not me being a pedant or technical, it's just me pointing out fuzzy logic.

There are almost certainly already quite a lot of them.
The problem is that virtually all of them feel it necessary to conceal their sexual orientation.
