I don't think him playing means he is leaving. Surely just good to give the lad game time against poor opposition? He ain't going to be playing any championship games soon. Although he is England youth capped so that might get teams interested.
Whens he 17!?
Hopefully can keep hold of him. Didn't see the game today but would be good to have a replacement for Robbo in the future and always good to see young lads coming through.I don't think him playing today means he's leaving, but someone telling me we're playing him because we think there's a decent chance we're about to lose him makes me think we might.
He certainly looked the part today, he's only 16, the conditions were absolutely appalling, yet he still looked the part.
In fact, a couple of those runs into the box were very Robertsonesque.
Great that we appear to have a very promising 16 year old LB. But, doesn't it make you wonder though, that after all the money Bruce has spent and all the players he's brought in, we have no natural, ready replacement for Robertson?
And please don't say Clucas. The player who Bruce says is most comfortable playing 'up front', who he plays on the left (or right!) of midfield, but can fill in at LB (as can Dave).
Just rember Josh, you're much closer to a regular first team place with City than you ever would be with a Man Utd or Liverpool. Think longer term, you have plenty of time on your side, you know it makes sense.@JoshuaTymon
Wow. What a day! Ridiculous experience playing in the FA cup and making my debut!fans were amazing thank you all #33

If it's a big four team, and he's interested in first team football, that's even more reason that he should stay.Josh can turn these teams down though, right? He's from Hull and he's on the fringes of our first team, looking good for a return to the PL. I'm not so sure he will actually go unless it's a big 4 team.
I hear you but he has the opportunity to achieve that here, at least over the short term. It's hard to keep hold of a player being chased by a big club, however much he loves his home town club.
We all want to be the best we can be.
Kingscott - the name Ernie rings a bell?

The problem with kids moving on to big clubs is they tend to get stifled and suffocated amongst the talent and competition for places. He'd be much better hanging around here and trying to get some first team action. You see it time and time again.
