Sling your hook Nathan you mercenary cnut.

Win the play-offs? Don't make me laugh <doh>
Another season on the cheap. Flattering to deceive.
Have to disagree here Guvnor.

I think at this level he's a fantastic appointment. However, something went on after the Crawley home game with our transformation.

If we do not go up this season, it IS a failure, but I think he is the man to take us up, eventually.

I think I've become so cynical over the past decade that I would only welcome one of two managers coming to CAFC, assuming we ever make it to the Championship;

Phil Parkinson
Scott Parker

Assuming that Curbs will never take the job back (which seems a safe assumption).
Anybody else would have to prove themselves with achievement before they would get a good word out of me.
A string of bad owners and the harm they have done has made me that mistrusting.

My unreliable mole says that Jones is not happy with the budget.
Plymouth and Cardiff want him as well<laugh>

If you're going Nathan, then go now.
Give the Club a whole Summer to prepare for the Championship.

1/2 on with the bookies atm. Aaron Ramsay second at 6/4.

Jones is odds-on for the Cardiff job?

I guess they will have money from somewhere to buy their way out of L1.
Rather more than our owners will be spending I shouldn't wonder.
Combine that with the feather NJ has just added to his cap, and they would seem a good fit.

Last time we went up, did anybody try to tempt Lee Bowyer away?

I honestly don't recall.
I do remember Roland taking forever to give him a contract.

In Cawley we trust. However he has a track record of jumping ship, and earlier in the season he threatened to walk away if fans thought they could do a better job than him. He has been very sensitive to fans' criticism, and has expressed a wish to manage Cardiff one day, so there will be speculation until Cardiff sign a new manager.
