In the absence of Ramsay and Jones I think Jones has stumbled upon our best formation which is one that Bowyer used. A diamond formation. He has tried almost everything else.

Correct, going by reports, if you want confirmation Ivor is your man as he is ITK all things GFP. Jones signed a 4.5 years contract so it's down to a mere 3.5 come January. It would not surprise me if he has a watertight contract which will have break clauses but heavily in his favour.
