Hornet-fez.........Are the Pozzos really acting on our behalf or are they really a money making machine that will ride roughshod over anything and anybody to get what they want. Have the Pozzos made the mistake of showing us what they are really like, Italian business men!
We knew right at the beginning that this business family chop and change managers like different makes of pizza toppings, I'm not even going to learn this new blokes name because he won't be around for long
Anyway I've got my Wednesday tickets and looking forward to the game........................COYH's
Not Frank Lampard senior again.
There are very few clubs where that still occurs, and strangely enough not always ones owned by 'old fashioned British' owners. Our owners have made a serious investment in our team, they'd be fools to handicap their success by firing managers for the sake of it. Managers do get sacked a lot in Italy, but mainly when their teams are underperforming (ie: Sannino).
You're also wrong about the new manager's credentials. Calling the Thai league a joke is ridiculous, they still play football, if it was as shambolic as you see it then it'd be a miracle if he won it.
I'm not angry about the new appointment, and I was a lot more annoyed by the McKinlay appointment. He didn't seem to have the credentials to turn us into a promotion-winning team and I wasn't impressed with his post-match interview after the game on Saturday.
I would much rather have the Pozzos in charge than someone like Ashley at Newcastle![]()
A friend who knows more about such things than me, suggests that the Thai league division 3, is not that bad and similar to the Championship in quality. It is split into four regional groups and they are all pretty good.

Is that really true? I always thought our Championship was reckoned to be far superior to most other nation's second divisions and on a par with some top leagues. Is Thailand so strong? Amazing
Who will be his British assistant?
An ex Chelsea player he was with I guess.
First week of October and we have had double the number of Head Coaches as we have had league defeats this season mind boggling!!!!
It seems that we have Zola to thank - or blame if it does go pear-shaped...

Hmmm, I disagree with a lot of the comments on here...
1. Sannino always seemed out of his depth, and was not inspiring the team.
2. Garcia was the manager they wanted, they didn't exactly fire him...
3. From my POV, McKinlay was brought in to cover whilst Garcia was off, and would have been a useful member of the coaching staff when he returned.
4. Billy was sacked/wanted to leave for Fulham, I don't think we know for sure yet?
The only person they have definitely treated harshly was Dyche, and that was a long time ago....
