It happens all the time, not enough evidence for a criminal court, but enough for a civil court. They really have hammered him though, I didn't expect they'd come down so heavy on him. It will be a long a time before someone mentions colour on the pitch again, which is almost certainly the reason for the severity of the punishment.
JT has 14 days to appeal once he has received a copy of the written findings. Will he appeal the punishment ? JT is free to play until he decides what to do. (Ban and Fine suspended for now). At least its only a weeks wages for JT.
