My heart sank when I was told this today, apparently it is in one of the papers.
Surely selling one of our experienced and more consistent performers ISN'T an option. especially for such a small sum!

Are there contract problems? I would hate to see Eusty go. Jenkins has improved this season, but still disapears from games and seems to pick up a lot of injuries
 
Hmm, of all the rumours, i think this one is the most unlikely. He didn't go to Leeds last summer, there's no reason to believe he'd go to Derby this summer. 'Course, i could be wrong, but i hope i'm not :)

Good job its only the Sun reporting it then! He'd be mad to go there, I still think that without DG we could still finish above Derby in the league, and Malkay surely wouldn't sanction a sale like this without knowing about the Ashley Young money, DG money etc. It doesn't make sense.
Hopefully just the usual garbage from The Sun, Derby were supposed to be signing MIchael Owen last week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't forget that QPR www going to be deducted 15 points according to the sun. No-one other than the ayers and clubs involved actually know what is happening and we should just ignore the 'gossip' cos that's exactly what it is, gossip and guessing.
 
I have seen of the websites of numerous newspapers which have reported that Derby are to make an approach for Eustace with the transfer fee in the region of 200k.

I think this will be pretty disastrous in this was to happen. We don't have many leaders in our squad and Eustace really does pull the strings of our team and is a visible leader on the pitch. We would struggle to buy someone of an equal standard, unless Malky is happy for Jenkins to try and grow into this role?

Let's not hope this is the first of many sales.
 
Need JE and MT to stay as the experienced heads in the team ,If this was to happen it would be very short sighted! As said above it is only the sun who had MM installed at half a dozen clubs over the winter!

Came to Elland Road, failed the medical.

Derby would be a step backwards though if they don't get rid of that rat Clough.
 
Except that was just the excuse Leeds used as JE turned them down - he did not actually fail the medical
