If I'm being reasonable, then there's got to be something in there. We've clearly got him playing in a ****ing ridiculous role. He's not Rondon, he's a 22 year old who's getting hammered by PL defenders, not used to it. But he's also got to realise he's got to work harder, it won't be on a plate. Well, at least not until Cyprien, Fekir, Lemar, etc., get here.
Barcelona bid £85m for Richarlison. This was what Ashley was hoping to happen to Joelinton when he spunked £40m on him
Look at Joelinton, look at Haller at west ham. It's the service they receive ( not actually getting any)
100%. Probably looked at players like Coutinho and thought exactly what you’ve just said. Be lucky to get 8.5 mil for him at this rate never mind 85. Saying that, reckon a couple of PL goals and we could see a different player. I want to like him
Just to keep me right, does Joselu have a twin brother??? http://www.nufcblog.co.uk/2020/02/0...hock-as-unbelievable-stats-from-spain-emerge/
So far in this game Joe has run around as much as you could ask of him, he's cleared a ball from out of our box, successfully got on the end of a difficult cross through sheer sprinting and determination and laid the ball off a few times to his fellow forwards. Unfortunately he just doesn't actually look a cut above the league one players he's up against. I'm still holding out hope he'll come good He's just scored!!!
Wasn't the fans who sold him, it was Rafa. With no explanation. As per usual. He probably celebrated scoring a goal and it offended Rafa's sense of misery.
keep it real mate the fans were horrible to joselu... singled him out. jeez i spent years arguing with the perez haters . wheres he now ? 3rd ... heading for champions league football. our fans have a history if this type of thing. btw rafa was ready leaving then .. he knew months prior.
And? I didn't ask for you to **** yourself off. I pointed out a fact, Rafa sold him without explanation. Made even worse by the fact he was leaving the club. As he has done throughout his career at every club he's ever managed. But it's our fault.
all you do if bang on about rafa. if you fail to see the good things he did then you never will.. 30 years we never had a defence , had discipline issues and were unorganised.
You pointed out we were unfair on Hoss. But the man who signed him sold him after a single season. He could have just kept him at the club, not sold him, and let the next manager have a go. You yourself say all the time, no one listens to the fans, but apparently they do now.
you realise the players are affected by the fans ? that was my point i never said anything about rafa ... you see thats your weird obsession not mine
He wasn't affected by the fans. He can't even speak English and his insta was covered in Newcastle ****e. He played ok. Didn't score much but was alright, as he has been at every single club apart from this season. But despite this, he was sold by the manager without a back up in mind. I don't care who the managers name is, it was his responsibility. Not some idiots who post Facebook comments.
Remember when rondaldo used to score 4 or 5 goals against some of those teams? Wasn't it racing santander that hadn't paid its players in month? The back up keeper was living in the club house. Good for him but Luuk De Jong........
