I'd love to see Croatia go out. They just annoy me as a footballing nation. Doesn't help that they knocked us out in 2018, which for me was more gutting than losing the euros final, because it felt so avoidable. They weren't a brilliant side and we had them on the ropes in the first half but missed loads of chances and didn't kill them off.

Anyway, their whining afterwards about us being arrogant for some reason, and then whining again at Canada last week over their manager's comments, they seem to be unable to show any grace in victory. Hope Japan do 'em.

Japan look a hell of a lot better than they used to, but Croatia have the quality.

One goal in it for me, think Japan will nick it.
