I'm just not convinced, I didn't think he was anywhere near decent for us. Derby and Boro for me are making too many changes. Probably to their detriment.

I just want us to sign a striker, a decent one with experience. I'm not convinced Bamford is the answer either. We already have Akpom for the young and inexperienced striker. I'd rather have an older player who has consistently scored goals - Crouch for example.

I'd say a striker who scored 17 in this league last season should fit the bill quite nicely.

I thought towards the end once brucey worked out how to play him you could see his class. He was good against Chelsea when him and Jake played together
