But they can have 2 strikers who can find the net or are they working on our model of only having 1
They've got mane, Austin and some other tit, I think they're alright.

I remember when newcastle were apparently cruising to the premier league title they bought a fella called Asprilla ( great player by the way ) unfortunately for keegan rather than improving the team his signing disrupted the team and the rest is history. Having said that I do agree that another striker wouldn't go amiss but then the obvious problems arise. All around us are strengthening in key positions, or at least trying to. We in the other hand are exceedingly quiet, worryingly so. We should really be flexing our muscle and bringing in some firepower. Even if it is just to lay down a marker and say we've just put 6 past Charlton, but we want to be even stronger.

What we shouldn't do is assume there is a panacea Derby could spend 100 million and still not go up team spirit ,organisation, and good tactics I would argue are indispensable and they cannot be easily bought.
We have I believe an abundance of all three though at times this season it may not have appeared so. We also have as talented a squad as any indeed better in my opinion than any.
We seem to be gelling and in snowgrass and with Dawson and diomande to return we are in the fortunate position of being able to avoid the panic of the January window.
What's gone on with pelle? Why are they letting him leave
Because they've signed Austin so he's surplus to requirements.
I think it's just that Pelle's contract is running out and he's 32 this year. As decent as he is, Southampton have to look forward.
His exit (either this month or in the summer) has been imminent for a while, so Austin was effectively signed to replace him.
It seems Pantilimon is leaving Sunderland for Watford.
Paving the way for Rob Green?
Why, do you think they want to go down?![]()
It was our wages bill that left us facing Administration. Every £10k per week is £0.5 million a year on our wages bill.I know we don't have any money. But money should be made available if the club whether under the Allams or under our perspective new owners want a better guarantee of PL football.
A signing doesn't have to cost a fee, wages yes. We could have Kermorgant and Campbell on a free. Or someone like Paddy Madden for a nominal amount, by nominal probably £1.5m maximum.
Beyond Herna

Beyond Hernandez, we look weak in attack.

I know what a mane and a tit are but didn't know they drive an Austin. They've got mine, Austin and some other tit, I think they're alright.

It just gets more and more embarrassing.
Not necessarily, it might be a Vanden Plas.
A loan signing to the end of the season would be the least risky option, I agree. That way it would be a fixed price with an end date.£0.52 million a year actually.
We're still enjoying rather large parachute payments and the reward for promotion is significant, whilst we're well placed to do so, a high calibre loan signing from now until the end of the season would be worth the risk, don't you think?
So the reports say and Bruce has said he'd like Hayden to stay. I can't see Arsenal accepting less than £5 million for him. On the other hand the lad at Dundee Unites Spittal could be a knock down £1 million. I know who i'd go for...
