I'm not sure about that greengrocer, he's sat deep in the past and his passing skills don't hurt the opposition. They just go from left to right, look pretty but don't hurt anyone.
In my opinion a deep playing midfielder should be there to break up play and give the ball to the creative players.
Toms wasted in our team weather that be his fault or Bruce's or both, either way toms sleepwalking to the end of his career without achieving what a player of his ability should.
You could even switch Huddlestone to go in front of Livermore and Meyler, if we seem comfortable or play Diame in Meylers position. Surely that midfield would be more effective than what we have now but we'll never know coz Bruce will never try it!!

Can we **** Akpom off and sign Amoebi. Thats how you lead the line. If they had Akpom we'd have pushed them back n back. As it was he kept them in the game just by holding the ball high up the pitch.
