When people say he's worth something they mean on paper and based on profits generated more than assets. It's not like he can just go out spend £400m unless he borrows it.

That is what Hull City will get back in the PL for the next 3 seasons. He will be.

That money goes in to the club and then out on players. People make money by buying clubs cheap and selling them expensive - usually.
