Slimani puts the Jorgensen deal to bed....but surely then we have AT LEAST £15m in a bank? Do we technically still need another striker? Or will we go with Perez/Gayle/Joselu/Slimani?

We need better players everywhere. What do you think Rafa will push for?

The £15m will just be used for loan fees and wages.

I think there will be money available to spend. I would imagine though looking at what we've generated, its speculative spend out of the TV money to come. So if we can get a few loans from abroad to help us, that money might be better banked in the hope we can stay up.

I can't see the Slimani deal being anything more than a loan till the summer. Buying him at the end of that period does not fit in to the Ashley model as he will cost too much and his value is unlikely to go up. If it keeps us up and a takeover happens then it's job done I suppose.

Can you imagine the rage if Slimani deal falls through when he fails the medical

What worried me is on the radio this morning, they said a sit in protest was planned after the game until 11pm.

Just embarrassing. Those 'fans' should have **** shot out of a cannon at them until 11pm. Or rubber bullets.

Embarrassing is being kind. What the fook are they protesting about?! Mike wants out, openly. What else can he do?

"Wuh divvn't want the fat lad as wor owner nee more, like. Wuh ganna sit here and wuh not gannin yem til last orders. Wor Mandy and Aboo Dabby betta give wuh a billion quid, like, or wuh'll dee it al again the next hurm game. Them daft away lads cheerin' on the teeeem. Drives us mental."

I hate Ashley for his idiocy. But protesting is pathetic. Bit like the West Ham "fans" harrassing Gold/Sullivan 'cos they weren't buying enough players. Worst thing is there'll be hundreds of them thinking "ha, see, we woz right - we've signed Joao Mario. Let's kneecap the fckers next time, we might get Aubameyang."

I would have turned SSN off a while ago had it not been for Natalie Sawyer :-) She's clearly had "them" done....they are ****ing mahoooosive !!!!

Aye but when they went side on she looked massive. She might be pupped or been eating loads of kebab. She might be one of those lucky ladies who has quite a bit go to the chest.

I also think you're very sexist in current climate due to you objectifying women...:emoticon-0113-sleep

Yeah she has had an op. Matterface cause embarrassment by revealing it on a (hastily deleted) tweet that was supposed to be a private message.
