Pretty sure Haaland had something in his contract about fees, they got about 100 million for Sancho.
Bellingham to Liverpool I'd still say is most likely. They need legs in midfield so he'd be guaranteed to be the main man and I think he'd clearly fit, and love, playing under Klopp. It relies on Liverpool picking up a bit (which they will) and their owners being willing to sanction spends whilst looking to sell (which they will).
Sadly I also think he is Liverpool bound. 100m plus addons. He’s 19/20 so he has years ahead of him.
They can literally build a team around him.

If we do then great, but that's not what those controlling the club have said. They have no intention of a Jan spend to secure CL as they are delighted at the natural progression. My guess is a couple of smaller fee purchases in Jan and a larger spend in the summer with a new sponsor and kit supplier announced.
