This Martin deal is bogged down, he has had enough time to think about it, and time is not on our side. We need a striker, Leicester look well endowed, and there's still time for a move for Ulloa, to team up with Lua Lua.

There's talk of Watford wanting NDong. Yes if they pay what he cost us, but no more discounts please. He cost top dollar and we need the money, so if they want him make them pay what we paid, otherwise keep him until the summer.

SAFC close to third signing
Coleman said: "I think we are 99 per cent certain there will be one between now and Wednesday. The game is tomorrow so out of respect of the player and club, there is nothing we can say until it is agreed.
"That wont happen until Wednesday morning subject to medicals. Still hoping and praying their will be one more."

Coleman said: "We are trying to add in this two days, I'd imagine definitely one, hopefully two.
"I say 99 per cent certain, everything is agreed. The window is really frustrating."

Coleman hints incoming player will be a striker
"I have bought Kaz here to play as a two down the middle because of his pace.
"Joel Asoro and Josh Maja need some support. Along with Kaz we need one up there in the middle, that answers your question earlier!
"I see Kaz, when he is 100 per cent fit, playing down the middle for us."

Anyone going out?
"We have had some phone calls. If the deal suits us, it has to suit everybody. There are conversations today. We will see where that takes us.

It's widely believed the 1 player who is 99% sorted is that leeds keeper. :headbang:

Seems like our best chance might be getting some young talent from a decent side, I don't think there will be a big pool of veteran forwards desperate to join us but Chelsea for example probably have one or two youngsters who would fancy the challenge.

I'll say it again...i love Chris Coleman. What he comes out with usually makes perfect sense to me.
Absolutely right mind. He seems to say exactly what most of us think. I was of the thoguhts that a player will want to keep his options open and didn't blame Martin for taking his time. Coleman just said "You don't want to be here then fine. Suit yourself we'll move on - your loss"

Love the bloke and think he's the right man to move us forward even if we have to take a step backwards first
