People hate the fact some people get information and they don't. They seem to think it's impossible for people to be in a position to hear things. So many things can change in football but you have been spot on. I've think I've said it to you before but when you left because of the **** you were getting I followed you
I'm not some weird stalker just able to tell when someone knows what they are on about

When you think of how many people could pass info out of the club its actually more surprising that any signings are kept quiet at all.

The admin person who types things up gets to see the written offer. Someone emails it to person or another club, the fitness people get asked to look into injury record of a proposed signing. Someone has to book the medical for a particular name, the media team are told to get the announcement ready and the photographer is stood there taking pictures. The club shop put a name on the back of a club strip ready.
Thats not to mention players and the coaches themselves hearing things from a friend at another club passes on that that the player says he's waiting on an offer from Sunderland.
All of the above have family members and mates in the area. Agents will leak info with hope of a more lucrative last minute alternative club.

Walls have ears.

I’m in compete agreement with you. People say that Defoe won’t need to play many games and he’ll be ideal in a super sub/impact role but what if Stewart gets injured.

Maybe it’s Defoe and another (Broadhead equivalent) if O’Brien goes. That would be the ideal for me.

I think O'Brien will definitely be away next week and we will need another one in up top. We look covered out wide if Clark comes in, but we will need another one for the central role imo
