As the title says, any speculation on ins out converting loans to permanent deals, recalling players on loan, all in one thread.

Will be a key window for Johnson....If he gets it right we get promoted. We have the nucleus of a decent team in this division, just lacking some steel in midfield...oh for a Lee Cattermole. No sure if we go down the loan route or buys....If we buy, these new lads will have to be good enough for a potential Championship season next year....but would they come to our club right now....

Johnson been talking about making moves in Jan. Can see Diamond coming back, he has been playing well.

Might depend how soon Cirkin, Huggins and Hume will be back, if it is going to be a while wouldnt be surprised to see a loan or two at full back.

Centre forward is a must for me. Interesting to hear Johnson praising Stockton last night. I do wonder if they are looking at that type of player.

I thought he looked a physical eye for goal player as well. I may have read he had just signed a 2 year contract?

As a minimum:

Right Back x 1
Centre Mid x 2
Winger x 1
Striker x 1

Plus bring Diamond back, send Alves back to Wet Sham and add Xhemajli to the 1st team squad

Looking at Cole Stockton, he's born in Liverpool. Have we had many scousers that have done well here?

Reidy did alright(!).

Alan Stubbs though, ****ing hell.

Yeah mate you are probably right. Dont know much about him at all but he did look a threat last night. It was just Johnson picking him out makes me think that type of player may be on the radar.

I really hope we go after Stockton. He looks like he'd be an upgrade on Stewart, for sure.
