For the past four years we have continuously signed players who have not played for periods of time.
Either coming back from injury or having something to prove.
Nonsense transfer policy.
We've got a history of generously allowing our club to be used to get players fit for other clubs. Mostly under pardew as well as for the last 4 years. It may well work out this time though, Zyro seems to have been quality before his injury, and he should be motivated, not for Charlton, but for his own career.
Robinson really does talk a lot of old sh1t.
By flagging this up, he is just going to cop even more flak if/when Zyro breaks down.
Most fans have got used to Robinson talking sh1t, but accept it. Symptom of the times we live in I suppose. Even those like Dickp who defend his record would surely feel happier if he had a bit more integrity when he spoke. A bit like when you support a political party but are listening to a senior spokesman putting a disingenuous case. It's much easier to listen to one of the other lot doing exactly the same thing, you can just say "What a complete hunt".
