I’m in no way supporting Oscar - he’s good at what he does but we’re a far better team with Delap in it. Similar to the Messi Ronaldo debate, goal scoring is the only metric that Ronaldo wins (although even then he doesn’t because goals to games). Messi is better as every facet of the game, but because people value goals above all else, Ronaldo is in a debate he really has no right to be in. Much like there’s no actual argument for Oscar being anywhere near as good as Delap
He’s immeasurably superior in the air is Ronnie

but there is no need to compare the two
They are both brilliant players

Definitely unlucky in my book. It was a ridiculous decision imo for something that was 100% unintentional and that he couldn't have seen coming. Since then I've seen loads of raised boots that have gone totally unpunished which were potentially far more dangerous than what Oscar did.
Anyway, history. I liked Oscar, and he seemed to like us (as in being here) but we move on.

He kicked a player studs first in the face, there is absolutely no way it could be anything other than red card intentional or not.

I don’t know why the conversation is whether you’d have Oscar or Delap. Oscar is different, offers something different, and would be a good option to have in the team if he weren’t clearly costing us too much money to afford to keep him.

And if it did have to be one vs the other, at this moment in time you would choose Oscar. Delap is injured, Oscar isn’t.

Coventry City, Middlesbrough and Hull City are all monitoring the situation surrounding Andrian Kraev.

According to Bulgarian outlet Sportal, the 25-year-old is being linked with a move to English football ahead of the summer window.

Kraev has earned eight international caps with Bulgaria, making his debut for his country in 2022.

The midfielder has been with Levski Sofia since 2020, where he has been an important part of the first team squad.

However, he could depart the club at the end of the season with his contract set to expire this summer.

Kraev has refused to sign a new deal with the Bulgarian side, which has led to him being removed from the first team squad.

This has caught the attention of multiple Championship sides, with the likes of Hull, Coventry and Boro are eyeing a move for the midfielder.

Sofia have already found a replacement for Kraev, Carlos Ohene, who joined the team last January.

The Bulgaria international’s relationship with his current club is quite sour, with the player being forced to train with the reserves.

He also missed the team’s training camp in Turkey amid this contract stand-off, with his future almost certainly set to be elsewhere.

Kraev is a defensive midfielder that could prove a smart addition to any side chasing promotion to the Premier League.

He has made 88 appearances in the Belgian top flight, contributing six goals to sides that have earned eighth and consecutive fourth place positions, as well as currently sit fifth in the table.

Bullshit rumour, we don’t need or want a player like that.

He needs to sack his agent for placing that story, it makes him sound like a proper wrong un.

I don't think it does, he's just refused to sign a new deal and the club's spat the dummy. Not really his fault if he doesn't want a new deal with them? They could have sold him in January..
