Junior came to watch me play in a veterans game once and when I came off he said ' that seventy year old full back was quicker than you'. He wasn't actually seventy, he was in his 50's, though he did look seventy. Nothing like a bit of support from the family. I jacked it in not long afterwards.

It’s a torn meniscus. Rosenior said in one of his interviews. I had a bucket tear in my meniscus cartilage, which was repaired at the same time as my snapped ACL and LCL. The meniscus repair required 6 weeks on crutches and a leg brace.
