We’re just gonna have to wait and see. The squad has improved massively over the past 12-18 months but we’ve lost no ‘key’ players, yet.Fans at a big club like ours won't have the patience for this "model" if this is going to be the norm.

I hope we do find the patience as the model makes good sense.Fans at a big club like ours won't have the patience for this "model" if this is going to be the norm.
Agree. We were a big club, could be so again but at the moment we are mid-table second tier. It’s all part of the rebuilding process for the better players to leave. At least we are moving in the right direction which means it will happen less as we progress. Either that or we are going to have some absolutely cracking players passing through!I hope we do find the patience as the model makes good sense.
The difficulty is part of the double-edged sword of how passionate the fans are, I reckon. We take to players massively when they do well.
Gyokeres? Best striker in the championship for me. He will join a PL side for £10M+ imoIf Stewart were to go, which id hate him to but being realistic, I’d love us to put a bid in for Coventrys Swedish striker.
Maybe he wants to get the **** out of Coventry.
Would be an awful, needless signing.Just read again about Bradley dack
Can someone try and convince me he is good enough
Never really heard of him
Until that tv programme with his girlfriend
Certainly not needed whilst Pritchard and Embleton are here…Would be an awful, needless signing.
That's the thing - as long as we remain on an upward trajectory through clever recruitment it doesn't really matter who we sell. However, there's always going to be players you love to watch and even better if you feel they have a real bond with the club so a bit hard when those players leave.Agree. Dack is a very good player highly though by Blackburn fans and a stalwart in TM's teams (when fit).
However had a couple of bad ligament injuries and hasn't played much lately
Big question mark for me whether he is as good as he was
Need to trust our recruitment. A fit Dack could be another master stroke like Pritchard.
Our recruitment has been an absolute revelation lately. Considering the dross we have signed and money we have wasted over the last few years. It might seem like blind faith as well and of course a lot of it is faith rather than science. But it’s not blind faith any more. There’s evidence now that this recruitment team have a plan and know what they’re doing

That doesn't fit the model at all though so it won't happen. He's being touted at £15m to Burnley and Premier League clubs. If we get £8-10m for Stewart, we're more likely to spend around £6m, but on 2 strikers.
