The problem is, that I imagine alot of other teams have too... And it's clear Ralph doesn't fancy him... He said in a recent interview that it's easier to coach players with pace, than those without are very limited.
Need to find a club who would take him on...
The fact that he has still featured under RH combined with fact that we were tracking him for over 4 years suggests to me it’s too early to write him off. Even when I see him play, there is clearly a hidden talent waiting to be brought to the surface.

Let's hope there is, But I just haven't been impressed thus far. Alot of determination, just seems like a deer in headlights.

2 goals and an assist in 18 at Celta Vigo so far this season
Ralph has said he wants to work with young players with a bit of X factor that he can polish up.
Sofiane has the X factor, he would be a more mature student, but if he can’t improve with Ralph, don’t think he ever will.

Interesting video
I'm thinking he tried the same stuff for us and EPL players are better defensively so he kept getting nowhere or losing the ball
He seems to be walzing past some players like they aren't there, Is he that good or are they that bad?

It would be great if Ralph could unlock his talent, his goal v Sunderland was the only highlight of a dull evening

Kinda agree with that. The boy has talent, but not the application to make it in Ralph's team.
Would love to be proved wrong though.

I always thought he had decent off the ball work rate, but his attitude off the pitch was clearly an issue and he has that French aloof quality :emoticon-0100-smile

Redmond was improving under Hughes, but we’ve seen more end product since Ralph’s arrival. Schad commented it’s because he is getting the ball higher up the pitch and in more one on one situations, which we didn’t create often for two years. Get a player like Boufal in situations with one or two players to beat and I fancy his chances of creating something

Inconsistent, yes. Dreadful? Really? I don’t think he was ever that, he clearly had more skill than half our team when he was on the pitch.
Archers, sorry mate, he was deadful. Skill without application is not alot of effing use! Never have seen a player so adept at blindly and skillfully dribbling into pointless channels without any idea what to do when he got to the end of it...

People were saying pretty much exactly that about Redmond not so long ago.
