Clearly he was out of favour at Utd. Can't really judge him on his time there to be honest.

He's a confidence player, unplayable when he's on it, just never seemed to find a good run of it whilst here but that's probably more to do with Mourinho's man management of him which was appalling and that is why I want him to be a huge success at Arsenal or wherever he ended up going.

Sanchez wages are a bit of a misnomer imo, he would've got a large free-agent signing on fee in a few months so that £1/2m probably takes that into account.
 
Pogba's image rights are ridiculous, he'll be earning more than any player in this country.
