Just heard a rumour that Bristol City have signed a pumpkin. They're hoping at midnight it'll turn into a new coach............<laugh>

Just posted the same pumpkin thing on the Wurzel transfer thread Bobby - waiting for a reaction....<whistle><whistle>

Let's face it, they are a bit of a pantomime at the moment bless 'em.

No sightings of Bent at a motorway sevices yet?
No one knows a mate who saw Giggsy's car parked outside the stadium?
No phone conversation by Austin's agent overheard on a train?
What kind of transfer window is this anyway?
No one related to the guy who used to shag the daughter of the woman who's older widowed sister used to make the tea in the vale offices?
NOTHING??? RUBBISH??
I'll have to start my own rumours agin.

Just a turn of phrase Xsnaggs. Most managers say that when a quality player returns from a longish term injury.

Certainly Smith can add more subtlety, vision and ball retention to the way we play although not so dynamic going forward as Bellers/Noone/Conway. My question is where will he fit in? If everyone fit (any updates on Whitts?) at best Smith will be on the bench.
