Robertson is terrible at defending especially on crosses we have conceded many goals this season through his poor defending he's quick going forward but that's it our defensive issues this season have all been down both wings as Elmo can't defend either

That may well be the case, but are we likely to get anyone better in before 11pm tomorrow?
i will be pretty pissed off if Robbo goes!

this is Karen Brady's tweet btw

Morning, bring back your Payet shirt to any of the club shops & you will get a new replacement for £25, full details on WHU web site today.

How we might line up 2017/18 season

Marshall
Odubajo Dawson Davies Marvin Hamlish
Evandro Thud Guerdiora Maloney
AN Other AN Other...
Subs Henricksen, hopefully Mason

Clucas might well be gone, Hernandez, Elmo, Tymon ditto.... I've not mentioned Harry because I just have a feeling £10 million might get him.. just picking a figure out of the sky of course..,.

Do you think that there could be pressure from the bank on Allam house and the level of guarantees to City? It
Is this affecting their generator business?

Alternatively is this Ehabs way of getting back at the fans?

That's a question I posed a few weeks ago, John. It would be interesting to know if anyone has any idea of how well their key business is doing.

.weve spent some cash £3m on guedioura

anybody seen much of him ?

was a fan favourite at wolves for his all action displays

pardew stated he was a maverick and needed players of his calibre to avoid relegation

posseses a long range shot, nicknames the rocket shop, only player to have won goal of the seasin with two different clubs

you never know may turn out to be useful
If my maths is correct this 'rocket shop' has scored 23 in 297 appearances...:emoticon-0101-sadsm

Does Silva rate Robertson as a left back? How many of us have said Robertson is not a left back before? He can do a job there but is a wing back and will probably become a winger as he gets older. This is purely down to the fact he's not great at defending and is much better going forward. And yet all 3 managers Robertson has worked with at City havnt yet deployed him on the wing. Silva has used Tymon on the left wing though.

Like the previous 2 players we've sold.. If they dont fit Silva's new way of playing and we can bring in more suited replacements.. I guess he'll be sold.

Sorry

But...

This is nothing to do with him. He has said he didn't want to sell and that no more can go. No more ... must not sell.

It's not his choice. He is being shafted. Please stop saying he is some genius who is revamping the squad.
He is a poor bloke watching the rug being pulled, with no hope of a solution due to time and funds.

As if he let him go as he is really a winger!!! He had said we need wingers! We have toddler as single back up at LB. could it be more obvious what's happening!?

Not bad for a central midfielder whos known for his workrate
Wonder what livermores stats are

Just to add he played well in the championship apparntley :D

Little bit off topic but when Silva was interviewed during his first week, he said he had a limited budget.

I interpreted that as been a net outward spend of x million after fees and wages.

But now, it's virtually guaranteed (unless there major signings tomorrow) that in fact he won't have actually spent anything because of all the outgoings.

Wonder if he feels he's been misled.

The big worry is after all this in Jan, we might as well have waited and gone down, brought in a suitable replacement as manager and spent the money then. Now we are blowing it on loans and foreigners who are in their 30's. We might as well scour the lower leagues and do what we did with Clucas, finding young and hungry players.

Anyway we'll have to see.

Branislav Ivanovic's move from @ChelseaFC to Zenit to be completed in next 24 hours after he agrees personal terms.

Former Newcastle defender Steven Taylor has completed his move to Ipswich on a deal until the end of the season.

Blackpool have signed midfielder Jordan Flores on loan from Wigan Athletic.

Port Vale have signed winger Olamide Shodipo on loan from QPR until the end of the season.

Norwich are now favourites to sign Aston Villa striker Ross McCormack.
