That would make sense. For all people go on about specific tactics being the cause of our defeats, we don't half waste a lot of good opportunities in the final third and that has to be a big reason why we struggle.

Some Everton fans quite upset at the treatment he received there, saying he wasn't really given a chance, be nice if he came good for city, sooner or later we've got to hit the jackpot in our search for a decent striker.
He better be prepared to run through walls, otherwise he can **** off.

"This is the normal football, we need to put quality in to improve our situation, but I am sure we will be better in the future. I am happy because we sign two players and next week maybe we have more news."

I was sure we were told, as a fact, there'd be no more than a couple of new faces.
We've had a real lack of wingers for the last few years. I'd agree with him that we need a winger or two and a right back. Everywhere else we has some cover.

Can you actually believe anything good or bad that comes out of Ehab's mouth Happy? Could it be that Silva has made it clear he is not going to be treated like Bruce (towards the end) or latterly Phelen were. I suspect, unless the hand of a 'imminent takeover' is beginning to handle the tiller and thus calling the shots, that Silva has indeed made it very clear that if he needs a couple of more signings - loans or otherwise - that this will have to happen.
Do you notice (mentioned before) West Ham and Palaces offers for players are in the main directed at bottom 4 clubs... Maybe its because thats who they think they can afford, or maybe more menacingly to upset the cart. Even if we had no intention we could tell Sky we were interested in 'whoever' from a rival.. but our people aren't that savvy obviously.
Has the fee for Evandro been mentioned anywhere? Just wondering what we've paid for him and don't recall seeing it mentioned...
