Some people are just so lucky for frankly not being very good.... Chris Wood... Burnley to Newcastle £25 million (signing on fee 10% ? plus likely double le wages to Burnley) ... he scored 5 goals in 39 games!!!!.... now he's signed for Forest £15 million (signing on fee 10%? and likely the same wages)....

“Nottingham Forest is a massive club which I have come up against a number of times, but it’s nice now to be able to pull on the red shirt and fight for the club."
but not quite as big as Newcastle where you were a flop.

IMO

loan first before the permanent move, but even so...

Nah, decent honest player (even though he played for TWS).
Decent goal return too.
Would be very happy if he was ours.
Newcastle obviously moving on to a different level.
Good move for him though.

Seems like Forest can't see the Wood for the trees.

Forest’s transfer policy has been utterly ridiculous but it might keep them up. Definitely not sustainable though. Half of their summer signings will be shipped on next summer as they just can’t cut it.

No different to ours in all honesty. Spray at 15+ signings, keep the ones that come off, ship out the ones that don't, and then focus the policy in the following year on the areas still needing improvement.
