But he's a forward who doesn't score many goals based on his stats. So what does Rosie see in him, of course knowing him from Brighton, but what does he bring to the table?

It may be that he has been used as an impact player rather than a starter too often. Or that he’s just not yet played for a world class team like Hull City.

But in all seriousness, I absolutely see your point. I was a big fan of Waghorn but he never went on to do great things like I once predicted. Either way, I think he’ll be a good addition and is certainly not a bad player.

Tad harsh, not every player will work out every time. Acun/the club wasn't going to get every transfer correct especially in their first year. Financially we should at the worst break even on them. If that's the case then we learn and move on, investing that money in better and perhaps more suitable players for us

Do you know something? Recouping 6/7 million is impossible surely?

A counter argument to this is if we can recoup what we paid, get rid as it could be a massive loss in a few seasons time if they both turn out to be average. Get rid and reinvest.

Every time I’ve seen Sinik, he’s played on the left, but has to cut inside onto his right foot to cross, seems a bit strange for a left winger.

Quick, hardworking, doesn't score too many - Shane Long anyone?

Let's be honest. None of us can have any meaningful opinion on if Sinik can do the business for us. He just hadn't played enough.

His pedigree suggests he should have enough. But if the manager doesn't fancy him, for whatever reason, then that's that.

If Tufan moves on then add him to the list of talented 'luxury' players we fail to get the most out of. Personally don't see him as a luxury at all though.

I’d like tufan to stay, we haven’t really got anyone else with his ability (in his position). He’s the closest to seri we have, which is the standard of players we should keep and add to.
We wont replace him with anyone better
Maybe not someone capable of producing a performance like him at Burnley away. But when was the last time he played that well? Unlike Seri who’s been a delight every minute he’s played for a good 2 months now

But we may replace him with someone on par with him but more consistent and is 100% commited to being here

I thought he liked it here, if not then yes sell him. Depends what we get for him, players like him at our level aren’t cheap. We took a risk and because of acun he came. We wouldn’t have seen him here with many other owners

Tired old debate this one.

People with some attachment to or interest in Rangers or Celtic think they're enormous and should be seen as a bigger draw than PL teams and so on.

But no one else does, sorry.
Quite an ignorant and anecdotal assumption but don't let that stop you dragging it out...

Correct me if i'm wrong but if we manage to breakeven on Tufan/Sinik it will actually show as an accounting profit due to the amortisation. Should help with Jan spending FFP wise
