Nowt on them but you’d think a Lg2 club struggling for goals would be looking at Jim considering he’s the PDL top scorer
Ooh the world is their oyster. Tadcaster must be the plum posting. John Smiths and Tetley served at least they did in olden times. Which reminds me of a slighly funny story. An American friend at work was a particular fan of British beer so travelled to the home of John Smiths beer-Tadcaster. After a couple of pints he was relieving himself in the mens and got chatting to a local. The local said the John Smiths that my friend had just drunk was good but not as good as the Tetleys and that there was a pub around the corner that sold it. My friend said he better get to the pub to try and was met with this reply-":eh lad you dont want to go there to try it it does not travel well-they make it in Leeds". Of course Tadcaster to Leeds is only 14.7 miles!!!
I suppose it would depend on whether we thought it would be good for their development, I'm not sure a L2 bottom end scrap is that though
It would be his first proper loan out so he's better off being a big fish in a small pond and getting that confidence up.
Mate, I wish. Hit 45 and the stuff started coming out of places I didn't think was even possible. Forehead is probably an inch higher though. As soon as there's cranial islands I'm skinning it.
21s isn't men's football Despite the promise, they all have to perform consistently at a professional level make it. None of these youngsters have yet. But I'd like to think we are a club taet will provide the opportunity. Let's not get sucked into the trap of assuming some of these youngsters are firt team ready though.
Harry Lovick joins Ollie Green with Curtis Woodhouse on a months loan. https://www.wearehullcity.co.uk/news/2022/december/lovick-joins-marske-united-on-loan/
It’s just a term I picked up from one of my coaches, ultimately meaning if you’re a teenager and are ready for mens football you have to be a freak of nature in a physical sense and he fits the bill. You’d never guess 19 if you saw him walking down the street.
I feel like any 19-20 year old going on loan to a 8-10th division side or lower is almost certainly not going to be good enough to ever make our first team
