Williams has impressed me, initially when coming on as a substitute. Tonight as a starter, I thought he was outstanding.
We’ve lacked that electric pace in the side and I’ve never seen Longman as particularly quick and KLP is more technical for me pace is just another good element of his g
It really isn't, seen him countless times when passes go astray to him flailing his arms about, similarly when he doesn't get the pass he wants, and it's happening every game. It's bordering on being petulant tbh. I'm all for hunger and appetite but constant whinging is no good for any of the team. I do believe he is a tad caught up in the hype surrounding him. But as he gets a bit older and experie ce no doubt this will leave him hopefully or we'll end up with another Malik Wilks on our hands
There was analysis on both Rodri of Man City and Kovacic of Chelsea doing this and labelled it a good thing, good players want the ball all the time and are unhappy when they don't get it. Think you're looking at it too deeply, he always wants to influence the game and is frustrated when he can't. Granted he's not the finished article but unlike when Bowen first came through he's not got a top forward at this level helping him on the training ground. Bowen had Abel, Turbo, Harry Wilson, Campbell with much better midfielders in behind him as well. I personally see the frustration of not getting the ball as a good thing but that is just my opinion.

KLP needs coaching.... lets just accept that Bowen has improved immeasurably with different coaching...

Bit of a difference in expecting your colleagues at Chelsea and Man City who in general can pick a pass or 3, to the quality we have. I get what you're saying though, but I get the impression at times he is just being petulant, sometimes kids think they're better then they are, no matter how much potential they have.

I do get your viewpoint, just the immense pressure he's been put under this season as our main focal point in attack has probably lead him to holding himself to higher standards which I do accept can sometimes come across as stroppy. Hopefully some good additions in the striker department will allow him to flourish without all the expectation to be the main goal scorer, only 20 and I personally see him as ahead of where Bowen was at 20 he's just come through in a much worse side than he did so is almost a victim of his success last season meaning we all have high expectations.

My socks didn’t even twinge, how underwhelming
22, probably a nominal fee as out of contract in 6 months, point to prove to Sheff U, was good in the run in last season, knows how grant plays. Presuming Matt Smith goes back guessing it’s a direct replacement

Well considering Matt Smith hasn't had a look in that doesn't say much.... we dont need bench warmers...

OK...it's no secret I'm not a fan of grant and would not mind if he went.....but if Acun is going to give him a chance then it would show acun is a decent footballing guy...not upsetting things too early.

Why isn’t he in an average Sheff utd team, replace Smith with another bench Warner ?
