Absolutely. Be interesting to see where he goes. I guess not fit enough for us and we are reluctant to take a risk on him.

I suspect the main reason he'll not be with us is the embargo - there's no way that is going to be lifted in Janauary..

Signing Morro on would tie up a 23 man squad place and prevent another possible loan player in a more desperate position than CB - like a striker or midfield (I wish!)

So McGuiness is being recalled. I suppose it makes sense for back up if one of the current 2 get injured as Simpson & Nelson aren’t good enough (Denham is injured).

I hope though he’s not being brought in to play ahead of (probably) Ng or in a back 3; his control and passing isn’t good enough.

I'm wondering if we plan on switching Ng to right back given Romeo's injury and bringing an in form McGuiness back into the centre alongside Kipre?

McGuinness did well in a very good Wendies win tonight.

However more of stopper cb without the bit of skill and creativity Ng offers. Nevertheless if he can maintain the confidence developed at Wednesday he will be a useful addition. Could see us revert to a back 5.

I gave to confess that I've been thinking for a while that I'd like to see NG in a position that allows him to get forward a bit more.

Agreed - despite the deserved plaudits he's received whilst playing there, he's no CB.

Far better wide right as a wingback, though I believe Sang could do that job as well.
