A few more...

Caleb Folan
Gareth Williams
Andy Saville
Pat Heard
Nicky Mohan

but not Matthew Bound afaik.

yeah, you're right. i mixed him up with nicky mohan. mohan may have had one of the longest gaps between scoring for us.

There wasn’t any press reporting only his agent doing it.
Let’s hope he’s brilliant. He’s a genuine lad.
But if he was born in barnsleh and played for them before being released and going to vitesse then Not playing for a year we’d hardly be doing cartwheels would we? And ehab and darn borough would be getting grief.

I ain't doing cartwheels unlike some. You just described his ability based on 2014-18 performances..... That suggests you think players don't change/improve.

Anyway, we'll see..... Clearly there's a reason at 25 he's about to restart his career in L1.

How does it suggest that
It really doesn’t. it suggests in Max’s case he was poor for us but a local boy. And he clearly hasn’t kicked on at all.

Speaks very well. A Hull City supporter getting the chance to play again for his home town club. I wish him well and hope he makes that left back spot his own.

I never thought he was anything other than average during his time here, he isn't that quick so I don't think he's suited to being a full back. He's decent enough at winning the ball back and he's equally comfortable in midfield, so maybe that's the appeal. He obviously had a decent spell in Holland, but we want competition not cover. Is he better than Elder or Fleming? No, not really.

But, it'll be interesting to see how he's developed and he might appear tomorrow against Lincoln to give Elder a rest.

Fun fact: Arnhem is in Gelderland, not Holland.
