But comfortablythe best player in the back four. Agreed? Why? He's not been great this year. From the Nottingham Post report it seems like he's pushing for the move. Longer term security.

The Tigers have completed the signing of central defender Angus MacDonald from Barnsley for an undisclosed fee.
MacDonald, 25, has agreed a two-and-a-half-year deal, with the Club holding a one-year extension option, and he is delighted to have joined Nigel Adkins’ squad.
“It’s a big step for me and I’m looking forward to getting going here,” said MacDonald.
“This is a big club and a chance for me to progress my career. When you arrive at a club, you’re always going to have to fight for a place in the team and I’ll look to do that by trying to impress in training.”
After coming through Reading’s academy and representing England at Under 16 and Under 19 level, MacDonald played for AFC Wimbledon, Salisbury City and Torquay United before joining Barnsley in 2016.
He played 54 times for the Oakwell club, and was made first team captain at the start of this season.

Says it all if our club captain can't wait to leave the sinking ship

Actually it might not be fake news...it’s just news from a fake account
So do worry
Rubbish. Not sure, I think he's been as bad as the rest to be honest
not his hometown club but I get your point. Not really.
As others have said, he'll be offered decent money and a longer contract at his home town club.
He'd have considered the deal whatever state we are in.
Aye, an Argentinian one.Sinking?? We're a friggin submarine
He was great last night.. His problem this season has been trying to teach players who think they can defend, but can't!!!But comfortablythe best player in the back four. Agreed?
His home town is Leyburn. Started his career at Forest though (as did all the Dawson boys). Not really.

Letting Dawson leave is probably the worst bit of transfer business we have done this century if true. From HDM website
Dawson to go?
Nottingham Forest are trying to push through a deal to sign Michael Dawson.
This isn’t a joke or fake news, it’s actually happening.
City don’t want to sell the player, who is out of contract at the end of the season, but there’s a big offer on the table.
They are also reporting a 12m bid in for Bowen from Brighton.
That's right, give the lad a chance. Words fail me on the negativity expressed here. His career is on a downward spiral. Good luck lad.
Full moon tonight or what.
