Petition signed. When the building is sold, which I am pretty certain it will be,I would hope that the facade is restored to its former glory and no alteration is allowed to be carried out on it.
TV has killed reading; government has cut local authority funding

Bang On Stan. The first library I was a member of... a sad day! Hope you're ok old boy?![]()
That'll explain why you're sub normalwait a minute, that place hasn't been a library for years.
that is where East Hull Baths is, it's a swimming pool.

That'll explain why you're sub normal
I lived round there for about 20 years and I dont even recognise it.
Been shut for yonks hasn't it?
If they can't find a viable use for it as a commercial building, then I suppose making flats out of it at least ensures that the building is preserved.
