Gifted to the people of Hull by James Reckitt, but about to be flogged off by the council to be made into flats.

that is where East Hull Baths is, it's a swimming pool.
The library is now near to where the Asda is.

If it was in a decent site, it would make great flats, but it isn't, so they'll spend nothing on them.
