I dont mind paying 8 mill if it is part of a package deal for the other 2, Maybe 13 mill or something for all 3 players.

12 - 15m would be good business for those three and be acceptable for both clubs. Throw in a couple or midfielders on cheap and two loanee quick youngsters (Ibe from liverpool?) and we will look very promising
What's that got to do with it ? He hasn't had half a season with us yet.
As for Livermore we have to remember that he was instrumental in Tom Huddleston signing for us. They come as a pair.
If Spurs want £8m, and no-one knows that to be gospel, they'd be lucky to get half that.
If and it's a big if, then let him go. The Club is bigger than any player, i'm sure Brucie would be looking to another player to replace him.
Let me get this straight, are you saying that if the Allams pay £5m for Dawson and Rose, you'll pay the £8m for Livermore?
The two are settled here now, i believe they'le be even better than they were this season. It's called team building. We aren't Spurs,and we need to do things differently, and be clever.
As fans, we're going to have to get used to the premier league money thing,if we want to stay there.

All I am saying which others have said is that if we are going to sign more than one of their players in a package deal then what matters is the total money spent on the package. I dont care if it is 1 mill for Livermore and 12 mill for Dawson and Rose or any combination in between. I think around 12-13 mill for the three of them would be decent business for both clubs. Thats all I am saying.
If it is a stand alone deal for just Livermore I wouldnt pay 8 mill.
All these posts about spending xxxx amount of millions on various players. Then look back at all the posts whinging because season tickets have gone up by 30%.
And those complaining about the price of the beer on the concourse 'I'm not paying those ****ing prices when its only £2.50p a pint in Brownies........'
Then look at the capacity of the KC Stadium compared to all (most) the other Premier League clubs.
And those complaining about the Allams looking at other ways of bringing revenue into the club.
The name change was just an idea, I don't see it but I'm not picking up the club wage bill every month.
If we seriously want to compete at this level then we need a bigger stadium that has the capacity to raise more capital, attract more corporates, never have to turn a request for a seat down, better retail outlets and we have to increase the match day spend dramatically.
Otherwise we are pissing into a force ten hurricane.

Disagree. If with a 25k capacity stadium we are generating around 7% of current revenues from gate receipts, add another 10k and gate receipts might become c10% of revenues. In short your theory in part is bo**ocks!
It doesn't quite work like that, any new development of the ground would be subject to new terms and could be completely self-funding with the addition of dynamic ticket pricing. In addition, the commercial revenue the club could generate through sponsors and matchday/club shop sales could increase significantly with a larger capacity. The size of a club is generally gauged by the size of it's ground and as long as you manage to fill it, the revenues can increase significantly and it's what we should be aiming to do.
