No it's Tiote are your optic nerves fully functional. Dealing with one is ok but two! Come on where is the third blind mouse. Jesus you're really stirring my porridge now my friends
Lots of SAFC fans on Twitter saying we're bitter about Rodwell as we know "he'd walk into our first team" He's more likely to walk into our first team bus – he's not seen one for two years! Why would he switch from Citeh reserves to the NUFC bench and probably drop his wages for the pleasure? Why would we spend £10m for that? Why would we spend £10m on anyone mores the point... Said it before, good promising player and I'm sure he'll do a job for Sunderland and congrats to them – but he wouldn't get a guaranteed start at Newcastle. I'd sooner have Anita in and he's not even first choice!
Why would we be bitter? Its not like we need him. I think its a good move by them. Would he get into our first xi? Not on all known evidence but he was starting to look the part at various stages until got injured/a lot of splinters in his arse. Potentially he could be better than Anita. Potentially, Hatem Ben Arfa could be thin. Potentially, we could finish top half. Its all about delivery! Not sure why there would be bitterness, they are doing their thing, we are doing ours. Then again there are strange sorts on both sides of the fence.
Seems to be some story doing the rounds that he turned us down with a host of PL clubs, but in all seriousness I can't see we were ever interested personally. A lad tweeted that "Trading Colback for Rodwell is like trading a Skoda for a Ferrari" Trouble is if you PX'd your Skoda for nowt just to pay £10m for the Ferrari you'd probably drive away feeling somewhat cheated...
He's a canny player or was at Everton and is better than Colback by miles but I font care who they get its what we do. Pathetic bitterness We don't even want Colback
