Most likely again at Preston with this shower in defence some of these players cannot jump. We are so bad it is humiliating, they are getting to my standard now !.

Bollocks to that. You're doing it all wrong mate. With a club like ours you have to get it in while you can. You should take the piss whether times are good or bad, its part of the rules of rivals.

Personally I don't get the Sunderland fans, they're never happy. Ellis Short is taking a lot of **** for all this but in reality he has only done what the fans have been asking for over the last few years. They wanted a long term plan and stability on the management front. So trigger has looked into the future and decided to employ a manager who has an impeccable record of getting out of League 1 <whistle>
