The point about man-management is definitely true.Man-management is an art that not many managers have. Harry is the specialist in the area.
At the moment we need some of Harry's style to keep the players focused without breaking the structure and discipline in the process.
However, I'm not so sure about Harry's man-management. If he is such a man-management specialist, why does he have to spend so much money to achieve anything? QPR should have been a chance to show those skills (a supposedly decent squad that is underachieving), yet at the first chance he's gone and spent £8m on a player and wants to spend £8-13 million more. Harry is a chequebook manager, always has been. Not necessarily a bad thing if you can afford it, but I think the man-management thing is overstated.
