100% right. Ramos dishes it out, often illegally, but to his credit he took that well - no rolling around feigning injury.
And it was a feckin’ awesome tackle
That tackle ticked all of the Mackay boxes.
Clean : so as not to injure.
Hard : so as to sh*t-scare that player every moment
you enter his field of vision from then on.
He did roll about for a little bit, but he genuinely banged his head on the ground. Quite a whack. Shame.

Armpit? Not for me. Kroos also actually moves backwards during the run up. The French one was a bit dodgy too, though.
