I posted that for ease of reference for those lazy souls who couldn't be bothered to click the a link to the final creditors report as compiled by the administrators of Rangers.

It confirms beyond any shadow of any doubt that "the club" is being liquidated. Yet still there are supposedly educated folk who believe the insane laughable Fairy tale that the team playing in the fourth tier of Scottish Football is the same club......Incredible what some folk will believe.

I did make a slip by refering to the company in their old name rather than the new name RFC 2012 P.L.C.
 
The Administrators did provide you with a handy list of definitions. Perhaps you might wish to consult those?

As you are aware the company is the club. They were incorporated in 1899. If you have trouble with the word incorporated, just ask Wedgey.

Alternatively you may just wish to have a look at this letter dated 10th July 2012. Quite clearly and demonstrably dealing with "The Club"

On 04th July 2012 The team purporting to be "Rangers" were being denied entry to the SPL........ It is impossible that that Duff and Phelps could be referring to the administration of the "club" on the 10th July when some days previously some other guy is trying to get a club purporting to be Rangers into into the SPL.

Impossible. Yet some people educated folk are prepared to believe it.
