The Administrators did provide you with a handy list of definitions. Perhaps you might wish to consult those? As you are aware the company is the club. They were incorporated in 1899. If you have trouble with the word incorporated, just ask Wedgey. Alternatively you may just wish to have a look at this letter dated 10th July 2012. It is impossible that that Duff and Phelps could be referring to the administration of the "club" on the 10th July when some days previously some other guy is trying to get a club purporting to be Rangers into into the SPL.
