Hi bors, back in Blighty. Such a wealth of talent to choose from. Me, I'd select Chris Sutton, just for the tenacity he put into his game. To me the pefect professional, always prepared to give of his best.

Fleck, no way, remember his attitude when Chelsea sought his services. Have distinct remembrance of his lack of effort during that period just before being transferred to Chelsea.

I heard he's playing cricket these days in the Eastern Counties League!

Lots of candidates here, but I would have to go for Chris Sutton for his goalscoring, defending and all round commitment. I would like to see him given a role working with City's present strikers.

more that one but I love Ashton and Sutton up front with hucks on the left, ruel fox on the right and crook in the middle with someone (howson perhaps?).

wouldnt struggle for goals thats for sure!

Surprised no ones mentioned darren eadie!! I guess he never did quite cut the mustard, although theres no denying there was plenty of talent there.

was just saying tonight nb that eadie could jave been a top International if he could have stayes fit. every time he played he looked so dangerous with his pace. such a shame he had to retire

Neil Adams would be perfect to ping in those crosses for Holty and Morrison. Adams seemed to only need to be one pace in front of the defender before launching that delightful dipping curving cross.
